Jordan Bikes are the first and only dealership that I have dealt with over the phone only. From their knowledge I knew I was in good hands, as Dylan talked me through every inch of the bike, and was helpful with sorting delivery. Been very dubious about doing this in the past, but when the bike got delivered I knew it was the best choice for me.
